I graduated with my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from California State University, Northridge. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychological and Brain Sciences from University of California Santa Barbara.
I am working under the supervision of Lisa Gray, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) and working towards my licensure hours.
I am passionate about Neurodiversity affirming practice and the impact of COVID-19 on mental health.

Individual Therapy
We can work together one on one to address your unique needs. Whether you’re struggling with depression, anxiety, pandemic stress, difficulties related to your Neurodivergence, or something else, I’m here to support you.
Relationship Therapy
If you’re experiencing conflict in your relationship related to pandemic precautions, differing neurotypes, or if you’re looking to improve your communication, relationship therapy may be a good option for you.
